Here at King Deluxe HQ we’re thrilled to have survived our second year in existence, and thought we’d celebrate it with another birthday album. This time freely downloadable to all. Along with a batch of brand new originals from our regulars, we also invited a number of talented remixers to take their hand at some of our own personal favourites from 2012.

HENNING M. LEDERER
Henning spends much of his time breathing life into inanimate paintings. Including HR-FM’s amazing cover art. Plus, he made this.
Cliff Harris came out of nowhere last year (Colorado to be specific) with his massive debut Runner. We eagerly await more.
This is what you get when you cross Evy Jane with the magic and poetic Zoey Ockenden.
Calvin’s captivating debut album this year will be followed up with an EP this winter or spring, super excited for it.
Julien’s had a big year indeed, both with us and elsewhere… next on Deluxe is a 12″ with mystery guests we’re sure you’ll dig.
A THOUSAND YEARS
The latest addition to our roster, Zeké is working hard on new tunes, in between classes.
We’re very pleased to have Moodgadget resident Jacob 2-2 return to us with a second remix, beautifully warped as always.
One of the highlights of the this summer’s Shambhala festival, S2 also contributed recently to our friends at East Van Digital.
DAS ROBBIE (HUMANS)
Also coming to us from East Vancouver, Robbie makes music as part of the duo Humans, which you can find on Hybridity.
We know little about Mr. Allmostt, except that he’s from Reading and makes huge tracks and that he accepted our challenge.
Kiev producer Maksim Alekseenko first made his name assembling D’n’B, but seems to be evolving into new forms.
Jazz pianist and graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, Kit did his own “remix” of this Julien/Myrthe tune.
American composer who’s nature-inspired sound is purposefully free of genres and other such limitations.
Exciting new addition to the Vancouver scene… back in the UK for the moment but promising a swift return.
